It is a pleasure to welcome actress, dancer, and singer Nicole Huff to The Jake’s Take with Jacob Elyachar Podcast.
Nicole began her career in the entertainment industry at 6 years old. She developed her passion for the arts while training in numerous dance styles such as ballet, contemporary, hip-hop, jazz, and lyrical. Nicole Huff is also a classically trained singer, pianist, and violinist. She also took figure skating, gymnastics, and karate lessons. Her love of the stage also drew Nicole to enter the beauty pageant world, where she won Miss All Canadian.
Nicole’s love for the entertainment world increased when she began booking commercial and voiceover work. She starred in various film and television productions, including Degrassi: The Next Generation, The Great Christmas Switch, Life with Derek, Private Eyes, and Tiny Pretty Things. She is also working on her first extended play with renowned music producer Roy Hamilton III, who previously worked with Beyonce, Justin Timberlake, and the late Michael Jackson.
Recently, Nicole Huff starred Netflix’s Luckiest Girl Alive. Based on Jessica Knoll’s best-selling novel, Luckiest Girl Alive follows Ani FaNelli (Mila Kunis), a sharp-tongued New Yorker who appears to have it all. Ani has a sought-after position at a glossy magazine, a killer wardrobe, and a dream wedding in Nantucket on the horizon. Her life is turned upside down when a director of a crime documentary invites her to tell her side of a shocking incident that took place when Ani was a teenager at the prestigious Brentley School. Making matters worse, Ani must face memories of her childhood bully - mean girl Olivia Kaplan (Huff), who targeted Ani, while they were in school. Actresses Connie Britton, Jennifer Beals, and Justine Lupe also star in the Netflix film.
In this edition of The Jake’s Take with Jacob Elyachar Podcast, Nicole Huff spoke about the roles of Gloria Chin (Degrassi: The Next Generation) and Paige Aquino (Tiny Pretty Things). She also talked about starring alongside Netflix’s Luckiest Girl Alive with Mila Kunis.
