On this week's episode of Community Cocktails with Kimberly, I welcome the wonderful team from 12 Cuts Brazilian Steakhouse in Dallas, Texas.

12 Cuts is a Brazilian steakhouse with South American flair focusing on the Churrascaria style restaurant. Blending a traditional Brazilian style steakhouse with elements of Argentinian cuisine.
Originally from Brazil, Alda Boiani and Juarez J.J. DeConto, moved to the United States in 1997 to help debut Fogo de Chão’s first American location in Addison, Texas.

After 20+ years with the restaurant, Juarez and Alda in partnership with De Jair Zuliani were ready to create their own version of a churrascaria with a unique twist.

12 Cuts focuses on Brazilian and Argentinian prime cuts of meat, organic salad bar offerings, specialty sides and homemade dessert. Open for lunch and dinner daily, 12 Cuts offers guests a traditional churrascaria experience, as well as ala carte options. For a lighter meal, diners can opt for the salad bar only.
