Tamika is a professional fitness trainer, instructor, body makeover specialist and coronavirus survivor. Before COVID, Harden ran a viable gym, where she easily trained 200+ women a month.
Tamika is an advocate for mental health as she once struggled heavily from the illness. By heavily I mean suicidal thoughts and plans to carry out the act. The struggle stemmed from being what society would consider 'fat'.
With time, she found a cure and relief through fitness and wellness. Tamika now aims to make a difference by speaking out and using her voice to advocate for those struggling with mental health. she shares several of the benefits of adding in exercise into your weekly routine and you can see her working out on face-book and join her.
