mostra másEd made his Reality TV debut on the debut season of Netflix’s The Circle US. He entered late in the game and was joined by his mother, Tammy. Despite arriving in episode eight, the duo were blocked and exited the show on episode 11. He also became a trailblazer when he became the first cast member of The Circle US to crossover to MTV’s long-running Reality TV competition series The Challenge.
Ed Eason entered The Challenge: Spies, Lies, and Allies in the second episode, where he was partnered with fellow rookie Emy Alupei. The duo found themselves in hot water after they lost the “Heli Heist” mission. However, Ed and Emy faced Kelz Dyke and Love Island Germany champion Tracy Candela in the Flipping Agents elimination, where they won and were reassigned partners. Ed picked veteran Tori Deal, and they won the Sea Cave Recon challenge. They remained safe until episode eight. In episode nine, two-time fan-favorite Challenge champion Ashley “Millionaire” Mitchell teamed up with Ed in the “Bombshell Battle” mission. In episode 10, the duo joined forces with Amanda Garcia, CT Tamburello, Nelson Thomas, and Bettina Buchannan to form Sapphire Cell. The group lost the first two missions, and Ed found himself in the elimination ring, where he lost to fan-favorite Kyle Christie in the iconic Pole Wrestle game.
Two years later, Ed Eason returned to The Challenge as a part of their 39th season: Battle for a New Champion, where he squared off against other contenders hoping to become the show’s latest winner. Ed partnered with Olivia Kaiser, Colleen Schneider, and various teams throughout that season to get through the game. He won three daily challenges before he left the show in Episode 16.
On the 275th episode of The Jake’s Take with Jacob Elyachar Podcast, Ed Eason spoke about his experiences on The Circle US and The Challenge and building his social media audience.
