If you are a working mum you have probably heard it several times that ‘You can’t have it all’. Or worse – you even believe it. Well no matter how many times you have heard it or what your experience has been, I can tell you that’s a lie we have been told. Not only is ‘having it all’ possible for you, it is what’s key to living an awesome life. When you give importance to all your priorities in life, you create a balance that helps you perform extraordinarily. It propels you to do your best work, to show up as your best version in your work, in your relationships and for yourself. And you enjoy every bit of it.
In this episode, I paint the vision of the rock star mum who has it all – how does she feel like, what does she do and what it takes to become like her. There are two pillars to the work we need to become a rock star mum who has it all - unconditional love and confidence. Underpinning these two is the skill to manage your mind. When we work on these three, our lives become a celebration.
