- **Self-Compassionate Letter:** Write a letter to yourself as if you were a loving friend, offering support and understanding. 
- **Self-Care Activities:** Engage in nurturing activities that promote mental, emotional, and physical well-being. 
- **Self-Compassion Mantra:** Create a personal mantra to repeat during stressful moments, fostering a sense of kindness and acceptance.
