In this episode, Pastor Nancy teaches on the 2 common myths (lies) that come from twisting or misinterpreting 1 Corinthians 10:13.

1) God does not give us more than we can bear
2) God causes or allows bad things to happen to us in order to strengthen us

While God does use the bad things that happen to us to build us up in order that we may comfort others and lead them to Christ, this verse is not telling us that God gives us trouble for that reason. And if we could handle every bad thing that happens, we would feel we don’t need God, so why bother building a relationship. More on this in this episode. God bless you.
