Walter grew up in San Francisco’s Hunters Point neighborhood and attended Lowell High School and Golden Gate University. He is the Principal at WB Lending Solutions/ WB Strategies (WBLS/WBS), where they deliver holistic consulting services to create strategic and profitable improvements to your financial picture. Walter has lectured at various institutions, including the California Legislative Black Caucus, US Congress & the White House. He also writes articles on Financial subject matters for CNBC News, East Bay Times, San Jose Mercury News, and others. In addition, he spends his time as a devoted community service volunteer, as a grandfather, reading, swimming, and hiking.

With over 25 years of experience in image consulting and public relations, Armstrong teaches in the Fashion Department at City College of San Francisco. Moreover, she is the founder of the Primed & Prepped: A Hospitality Management/Culinary Arts Mentoring and Job Training Program at the Bayview Hunters Point YMCA. The purpose of the program is to help mitigate the barriers to employment for young males and females of color. She is also a former Board of Governors with the Recording Academy (aka Grammys).
