Shelby Wilkie, a young woman with a deep love for music,
would wind up with her ideal job in Asheville, N.C. at the
Ashville Radio Group. Since she was new to the area, she
thought a dating website would be a helpful tool in meeting a
good man and she was almost right. Shelby would meet and fall
in love with a man by the name of Michael Wilkie, but he would
not be the good man she was searching for.
Their whirlwind romance would lead them into marriage only
two months after meeting and they would start their seemingly
perfect life together, but the illusion would be shattered just
weeks into their marriage.
October is Domestic Violence Awareness month and we
wanted to shine light on the worst-case scenario in a domestic
violence situation. Be sure to tune in this week to hear Sam and
