What is and what is not accepted as freedom of speech?

Trying to get an understanding when the leaders our leaders speak on The Awakening and the understanding of our true identity they get fired and everyone including LEADERS, KINGS and QUEENS of our Nation. The Oprah's Beyonce's the Jay-Z's the ELITE get so angry and talk down on them the Nick Cannon's and the KINGS on their NFL Teams by saying they're wrong, they're saying racist things.
