On this episode Tom and DJ talk about dealing with the pressure of performing/competition. What are some ways to deal with the physical side effects of it and what can you do to deal with it.

We had another live recording and people in the audience tonight. We took some questions from the crowd from Tom's parents (Mary Beth and Joe) which started an interesting discussion about parents role in chasing their childs passion while not pushing them.

We also talked to Jake Martin who loves his Impreza more than competition, so far... :P
