In this episode, I'm joined by Jennifer Rahner, a certified sexologist and sexuality educator who is transforming the conversation around sexuality with her authentic and vulnerable approach.  We delved into her journey from a 25-year career in IT to becoming a sex educator inspired by listening to Dr. Ruth as a teenager.

Jennifer shared how she rediscovered her passion for sexuality at 45 and her transformative experiences with workshops led by Betty Dodson, a renowned sexuality educator focused on masturbation and pleasure. Jennifer candidly talked about how she teaches classes such as "Anatomy of Pleasure" to offer the sex education many didn’t receive, especially emphasizing the importance of understanding vulva anatomy.

We also discussed how she manages to balance her polyamorous lifestyle with her family life, the importance of open communication in relationships, and the societal pressures around monogamy. Through her work, Jennifer helps people feel less alone in their sexual experiences, encouraging open dialogue and self-exploration to foster a fulfilling sexual life at any age.
