It's a crazy time to be alive. We've got smartphones, social media, amazon prime, and instant gratification. But with the highest highs come the lowest lows. Anxiety, depression, addiction, and trauma are just a few of the problems many American's struggle with every day. That's where Elizabeth Scrivner comes in. She's been a licensed professional counselor for over 20 years and she's on a mission to change the stigma that therapy is for crazy people, one person at a time. She's the CEO of Park Cities Counseling, where she meets with individuals, teens, families, and couples to tackle the problems most won't talk about. She's also appeared on the Bravo show The Real Housewives of Dallas as a therapist for one of the housewives and she's been coined #americastherapist on tv and radio programs all across the country. So what makes Elizabeth tick? How does she do it? And what's next for America's Therapist? Tune in to find out!
