Hi everyone and welcome back to episode 5 in this episode I’m joined by my childhood friend Gadah as we discuss growing up in a middle eastern culture whilst having food allergies, tips for travelling for food allergies and how friend can be our biggest supporters when it comes to dealing with food allergies. We will be sharing some stories with you and just having a chat (very informal).
