mostra másYou might have heard of Dan Meades. He was actualyy paralzyed by an autoimmune condition called guillian barret syndrome about 7 years ago. He had to relearn how to walk and move and now is running over 100kms in a single race. He is business person, social activist, lululemon ambassador and a coach for the run experience so he was the perfect person to chat with about what trail running is and how people can get started. Of course as a wellness show we have to balance all that great activity with a touch of injury prevention so I reached out to Cillian Harnet who is a physiotherapist at Villanova physiotherapy whose recent blog post called 3 tips to help prevent injuries in runners caught my attention.
