Dr. Alexander M. Cintron has been in education for the last 20 years.  His experiences span across all grade levels, demographics in both race and social economic status (SES). He has set a track record of being a "bridge builder" among all people in a mission to transform persistently low achieving (PLA) schools into sustainable academic institutions of excellence. 

His accomplishments are charted on NBC's Education Nation, which presented both teachers and students from his transforming school, Phoenix Multicultural Academy. He has been featured on Detroit 20/20 ABC News documenting and commending his daily work as a Transformational Principal. 

Currently, he is the Bilingual Director managing instructional support and services for 7,000 English Language Learners across 100 Schools in Detroit Public Schools Community District.
