In this episode, I interview one of my best friends from college, KC. Born and raised in CA, she has been living in CO (while not traveling) for last 12 years. Musician, writer, content curator, traveler, supporter of all things woman made, foodie, sun and water lover, mental health advocate, multi-faceted, and ever evolving.
We chat about how we initially got close early on in college and how a mushroom trip brought us closer, friendships and tips for maintaining long distance friendship as well as how to know when it might be time for a 'friendship breakup'. We also chat about passion projects, her EP release (go stream June by KCHB), the blog she started for women supporting women called Scarlet Madonna, our healing journeys and more.
