Anastacia shares her journey becoming a mother, her healing journey, why her family lives a simpler life and prioritizes their time together-need we wonder?-and shares her personal experiences with us regarding spirituality and religion. I am grateful that she was willing and able to share her experiences, and love and feel deeply her desire to raise her children free of the trauma and disconnect she endured. She is very connected to the natural world and shares that deeply with her husband and children, as well as bringing it through art to the other children she teaches.
