Marc interviews Mike Regan, one of four GOP candidates seeking the state 31st Senatorial District seat. The seat is now held by Pat Vance, who is retiring.

Regan is currently a representative in the state House, serving the 92nd District. A 23-year veteran of the U.S. Marshals Service, he was the marshal for the Middle District of Pennsylvania from 2002 until his retirement in 2011.
