Thursday brings the start of Fall this year, the autumn equinox here in the Northern Hemisphere. With that I've been thinking a lot about finding balance on the inside.
Inner balance can be found in many ways, but the most important thing is that we make space for what's truly going on for us.
Life is never going to give us exactly what we want when we want it, it's never going to make our relationships always easy to navigate and experience- we are going to be challenged. When life gets out of control it's easy to get emotionally exhausted- and while maybe someday soon I'll cover more tactics on how to deal with emotional exhaustion- today I cover the inner work we can start on in the meantime to make room for inner peace.
