Jeni and Jai delve into the intriguing topic of visualizing our future selves versus being our ideal selves. They question the concept of living in the present moment while simultaneously being encouraged to envision our future. With the notion that time is ever-changing, the importance of focusing on our ideal selves becomes apparent. By getting clear on what we truly desire and embracing the present moment, we can shape our path towards personal fulfillment. They caution against using phrases like "one day" or "I want," as it perpetuates a future-oriented mindset and distracts from the present. The power of language is emphasized, as words hold an enchanting influence, even if they may not align with our reality. Join Jeni and Jai as they explore the balance between future aspirations and embracing the magic of the now.
