hey Beautiful People welcome to the internet and welcome to the virtual recording studio and welcome to above all tailer Club that's what we're here for we're here to pass on any information that I've gleaned in the day or the week um which to be honest once you get to a certain uh kind of level of production there's not much more and it can be a little bit um repetitive so my time is now well my void I should say now wants to be filled with Mak some new music um but I've still got the projects that we're working on here so we need to get those done too so this one is um another clip from my single Tamagotchi which was a spoken word performance poem um and put to music and I did tune it so you can tune a spoken word sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't it really does depend on what the background music is like if you've got more of a soundscape with um lots of uh discordant sounds you could can you know your vocal is going to sound absolutely brilliant you know like a recital or a narrative but if you've got a very tuned backdrop you know really like this one is like the Tamagotchi was which was um I think a synth op and it didn't deviate through the whole thing sometimes it can work a little bit better if you tune it so you T tune you're speaking um and it just you know it adds a different something I I couldn't say if it's good or bad you know it's so dependent on what you like to be honest it suddenly doesn't make a huge difference and most people wouldn't even know that you've done it I do quite often when I'm doing kids shows tune the vocal for Vapor Punk just because kids really respond to that slightly song like speaking you know the whole sort of nursery rhyme thing so sometimes I've been known to to tune Vapor Punk accordingly um so well I don't think we have to talk too much today because later on I'm going to do another little broadcast with the next bit of the song that we're all writing um I mean it' be really cool if you guys are writing one as well using you know these sort of Snippets and you know you could change them or or just using the ideas that I give you and you could go and look up the loops and drag them onto your edit interface and play around with them do you see what I mean I mean the great thing about the speed of AI and using AI in music is this you know ability to create and throw away create throw away create throw away and it it it happens very very fast sometimes you can miss things so taking a step back and doing things really slowly is quite a good um test really of your um I wouldn't say skills but it's a test of something else you know Reserve I guess Reserve because we live in this you know really fast throwaway Society where you know I'm an AI Artist as well and and I create hundreds of the same um design well 10 years ago I wouldn't have been able to do that and certainly 30 years ago when I first um qualified actually when I first did my a levels many years ago six on College this was in the 70s late '70s um maybe the 80 maybe 1980 but it you know we we had we used to have transfers called electret and you used to have to sit there and scribble them I mean it's quite amazing how you know a a choice or an option in those days would take a day to create and you know you had to have a lot of foresight you had to have a really good imaginations imagination so you could actually imagine and understand what it would possibly look like if you did such and such and the Brain did that for you the brain sorts it of course now we have ai to sort it and it's exactly the same of course for music so you can try all these you know weird um possibilities and formula um so anyway without further Ado here's today's little ringtone and it's from my single Tamagotchi but it's for you for private use and have some fun with it and it's quite a sexy one so um I thought that'd be great for a Saturday cuz Saturdays should be sexy let's party time to get down and dir
