Giorgio's day begins normally. As he prepares for work, he is drawn to his diary, sensing that it may contain secrets, but nothing unusual happens. Before he leaves, he notices a faint light from under his apartment door, which brings him back to his diary, where he discovers a mysterious new message that orders him to write "KNIFE". After doing so, he finds himself in 1970, in a Viennese hospital, transformed into a detective to solve a case involving Dr. Bauer who has been receiving anonymous gifts and money. Suspicions grow as they investigate the meaning of these strange gifts, realizing that the sender may be harboring resentment towards Bauer. The adventure takes a suspenseful turn when...
