When you think about being a generous leader, what does that look like? For me it is about giving back. One great way of giving back is through mentoring. Did you know that 65% of women who have been mentored become mentors? This is a wonderful cycle to continue especially when we already know that we need more women in leadership positions. This just might help move the needle. Life's deepest rewards come from helping others and expecting nothing in return. Generosity...Pass it on.
