Today marks the one-year anniversary of this podcast! 52 WEEKS ago today, I launched my first episode of The Pain Game Podcast.
When I decided to go about my show with it being centered on PURPOSE and from a place of wanting to heal myself from not only physical pain, but a life riddled with trauma, massive amounts of abuse, sadness, addiction, work-a-holism, divorce, and and and…then my purpose began to show itself.
And the #purpose has ended up being pain!
52 weeks straight of The Pain Game Podcast has made a monumental shift and change in the way I see, feel, think, and approach my life.
