Rather than do a straight Gladiator episode, I decided to go deep on the notoriously troubled production of the film, as well as touch on recent news about the sequel starring Paul Mescal, AND drop some insane true history facts about the absolutely deranged things that went on in the real Colosseum, including a lot of grisly spectacles so unhinged they could not possibly have been in the film.
