Who is Man?

What is man that You are mindful of him, and the son of earthborn man that You care for him?

God send forth His Own Spirit and gave you breath, you are created, and you replenish the face of the ground. (Psalm ‭104:30‬)

God has made you but a little lower than God, and He has crowned you with glory and honor. He made you to have dominion over the works of His hands; You have put all things under his feet: [I Cor. 15:27; Eph. 1:22, 23; Heb. 2:6-8.] ‭‭(Psalm‬ ‭8:4-6‬)‬

“For some little time You have ranked him lower than and inferior to the angels; You have crowned him with glory and honor and set him over the works of Your hands, [Ps. 8:4-6] (‭‭Hebrews‬ ‭2:7)‬‬

The Image of God (Hebrew: ‫צֶלֶם אֱלֹהִים‬‎, translit. tzelem Elohim; Latin: Imago Dei)

In the last message the Holy Spirit revealed in Genesis 1:26 that God said, Let Us (Father, Son, and Holy Spirit) Make Mankind in Our Image, after Our Likeness.

Today, we're going to take a deeper look in Genesis 1:27 to learn more about how God created you from the beginning.

So God created man in His Own Image in the Image and the Likeness of God He Created him; male and female He; male and female He created them. (Col. 3:9, 10; James 3:8, 9)(Genesis ‭1:26-27‬)

To Be in the image of God is an incredible privilege. It means to be like God and represent God.1 No other creature in all creation, not even powerful angels, are said to be in the image of God. It is a privilege given only to us as men and women. We are more like God than any other creature in the universe, for we alone are “in the image of God." 2

Man is the one godlike creature in all the created order.

The Image of God is who man is. God created man as His Image. Man himself is the Image of God. He Was Created to Be a "Copy" or "a Graphic Image" of the Creator God – a Formal, Visible, and Understandable Representation of Who God Is Important Is Really like.

Man could not have been any more like God without being God. God made them comparable to Him. God made them in Our Image and Likeness, to Have Complete Authority and Dominion over the things on the earth, and Over All the Earth

Gen 1:26 the image of God is what man is. God created man as His image. Man himself is the image of God.
27 male and female they are the image of God.

Man is the image of God. How can man lose the image of God without seizing to be man? He Can't. God doesn't uncreate. This would means God made a mistake and God doesn't make mistake. (Numbers 23:19, Hebrews 13:8, James 1:17, Malachi 3:6)

“God is not a man, that He should tell or act a lie, neither the son of man, that He should feel repentance or compunction [for what He has promised]. Has He said and shall He not do it? Or has He spoken and shall He not make it good? (Numbers ‭23:19‬)

Jesus Christ is ALWAYS the same, yesterday, today, and forever. (Hebrews ‭13:8‬ ).


God doesn't Change. If man is the image of God. God doesn't change the image of man.

When God breathed into Adam, what did He breath into him? Eternity for God last Eternity. Everyman from the beginning has eternity in him.

What determines if you are in heaven or not is if God breaths in you a 2nd time.
John 3:5-7 You must be born again. Born in the Spirit the breath of God the second time you wont go to heaven.

God breaths into Man.

To be like God and represent God is an incredible privilege. No other creature in all creation nor angles are said to be in the image of God. It's a privilege only to man or women. You are more like God than any other creature in the universe. For man alone is in the image of God.
