Jesus said, “Come to Me, ALL of you who are Weary and Carry Heavy Burdens, and I will Give you Rest. Take My Yoke upon you. Let Me Teach you, because I AM Humble and Gentle at Heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For My Yoke is Easy to bear, and the Burden I Give you is Light.” Matthew ‭11:28-30‬

Jesus offers you a Great Exchange your burden for the Peace of God

To make this exchange you humble yourself before God, to become dependent upon God, dismiss reliance upon yourself and self-governance, and emptying your carnal ego, to come to Him When you're weary and you carry a heavy burden. In His Promise to you in Matthew 11:28 He Says: I Will Give you Rest when Weary and Heavy Burden.

Weary is caused by Exhausting Labor, Worry, fretting, to labor at something until your worn-out, depleted and exhausted.

Burdens make you feel overloaded, causing you to literally feel weighted down.

Jesus Simple Steps to Give you Rest and His Peace That Surpasses All Understanding.

1. Come to Me - the First Step to Overcoming Weariness and Easing your Burdens is Jesus says, Come to Me. This simple command requires humbling yourself, to demote, lower yourself in your own estimation under the Mighty Hand of God. 1 Peter ‭5:6‬

To Clothe yourself with humility, For God sets Himself against the proud–and He opposes, frustrates, and defeats them, but gives grace, His Favor, Blessing to the Humble. Prov 3:34, 1 Peter ‭5:5‬

By recognizing and acknowledging by the Act of Coming to Him that His Power is Sufficient Power to lift what weighs you down. And it is!

Jesus says to you, just as He said to his disciples: All Authority, all power rule in heaven and on earth has been given to Me.
‭‭Matthew‬ ‭28:18‬ ‬

All things were made through Him, and without Him nothing was made that was made. John ‭1:3‬

God raised Him from the dead and seated Him at His Own Right hand in the heavenly places. Far above all rule and authority and power and dominion and every name that is named, above every title that can be conferred, not only in this age and in this world, but also in the age and the world which are to come. And He has put all things under His feet and has appointed Him the universal and supreme Head of the church. Ps 8:6, Ephesians ‭1:20-22‬

Therefore because He stooped so low God has highly exalted Him and has freely bestowed on Him the name that is above every name, Philippians ‭2:9‬

God appointed Him Heir and lawful Owner of all things,
‭‭Hebrews‬ ‭1:2‬ ‬

He isn’t asking us simply to cast our burdens on him, but to humble yourself and submit to Bis wishes and ideas. If we are willing to come underneath Him as your LORD, then you no longer carry the burden on our own. And He Gives you the freedom to live life under the Power and Persuasion of the Holy Spirit.

So Cast the whole of your care, all your anxieties, all your worries, ALL your concerns, once and for ALL on Him, for He Cares for you affectionately and Cares about you watchfully. Trust in Him with all your heart and do not lean on your own understanding”, he says, “and you will find rest for your souls.” Psalms 55:22,1 Peter ‭5:6-7‬

DON’T LET TROUBLE OR WORRY be your PRIMARY FOCUS. Seek God FIRST Above ALL THINGS. Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done. And His Peace Will Guard your Heart and Mind.-Jn 16:33, Mt 6:25,33; Phil 4:6

2. He Will Give You Rest-You Only Fun Rest in One Place.
“Yes, my soul, find rest in God; my hope comes from him. I wait only upon God and silently submit to Him; for my expectation is from Him. He only is my Rock and my Salvation; He is my Defense and my Fortress, I shall not be moved. With God rests my salvation and my glory; He is my Rock of unyielding strength and impenetrable hardness, and my refuge is in God! Psalm ‭62:5-7‬

Jesus knows that He Only is your salvation, your fortress, your mighty rock, your refuge. He is the one answer to every question, concern, fear, and need we will ever have. And so he simply and comprehensively offers you himself. For your hope is from him. Only in him will you find rest for your souls.

He Promises:
Lord said, My Presence shall go with you, and I will give you rest
‭‭Exodus‬ ‭33:14‬ ‬

WHEN YOU PASS THROUGH THE WATERS, I AM with you, and Through the rivers, they will not OVERWHELM you. When you walk Through the fire, it will not burn or scorch you. For I AM the LORD your God, the Holy One, your Savior, your Protector and Strength.-Isa 43:2-3,15-16; Ps 59:9

TRUST IN THE LORD AND FEED ON HIS FAITHFULNESS, Delight yourself in the LORD, and He will GIVE you the Desires and Secret Petitions of your Heart. Commit your Way to the LORD, Roll Each Care and Worry of your Load on Him; TRUST in Him to Bring it to Pass.-Ps 37:3-5, Matt 11:28
