Jeff spent the majority of his career in the tech world. In the words of the former CEO of ESI, Inc.: “The broad scope of insights and technical abilities that Jeff brings to the development, marketing and sales of software products should be considered strategic assets of any company with which he is associated."
First in the management of a computer services operation and then as the owner of a mission critical SaaS (i.e., Software as a Service) operation, Jeff gained experience in “guerilla” marketing, systems design, and business operations. Going to Microsoft gave Jeff experience in the large-scale promotion and support of SaaS products.
While Jeff has done some of the market research necessary to bring Cyclesight to market, Cycling Designs has also made use of highly professional market researchers. Now, Jeff has been working with some extremely competent engineering professionals who have taken Cyclesight through multiple iterations.
Jeff is also coordinating with highly respected marketing professionals who have specific skills in product startups. Helping Jeff on this journey have been several advisors who have given freely of their time and expertise to make Cyclesight a reality.
