A bit about me—In 2009, at the age of 51, the sudden loss of my husband, plunged me into profound shock and grief but also catalyzed a journey of deep self-healing and discovery. Through this process, I developed the unique FLOW Grief Release Method, a simple 4-step method designed to help others navigate and alleviate their grief and pain. While grief and the loss of a loved one is a heavy subject that not everyone is comfortable with, it's a life-changing event that can either stop us from living or in my case propel us forward to growth and renewal.
