There's a reason to go bonkers for bananas. Bananas contain Vitamin C to help boost your immune system and antioxidants to cancel out free radicals in your body. Vitamin B6 are present in bananas for improved metabolism, appetite regulation, immune system functions, nervous system health and sleep regulation. Bananas contain potassium which is necessary for your heart, kidney, muscles and nerves and it helps lower your blood pressure. The fruit also contains magnesium which helps with improving blood pressure, blood sugar, maintaining bones and muscle and nerve functions.
