He reviews the swings of climate since then, and jumps to a story of footprints crossing mega-mammal tracks in White Sands National Park, New Mexico, USA – dated to 22,000 years ago! Then on to some archaeological findings in Northwest British Columbia and Israel, plus glacial studies from Italy and Arid Central Asia, all finding that there have been regular climate swings, marked by repeated advances and retreats of ice.
