If you're old enough to remember the good old days of reading, writing and arithmetic, you're probably wondering what's happened in the past few decades, where we seem to have generations of young kids who aren't very good at or even interested in reading. Of course, this also affects their ability to write.

Well there’s a great project that’s been underway for a few years now right across Australia called Story Dogs, where dogs are helping young kids learn to read more and read better.
