✅ "The King/Queen Dines" -put your fork down! Savor each bite of your meal and be in the moment while you eat
✅ Plan Your Meals! -Always know the next time you will have a meal. We will tend to snack throughout the day and even engorge during our meals if we are not STRUCTURED with our plan. Stay DISCIPLINED and have a "food roadmap".
