The Lord Your God Wants you to seek Him in prayer, and to be depended upon Him, Who Can Do All Things through Christ Jesus Who Lives in You, Who is your Life.

Let's turn to Nehemiah 1 going inside on how Saints of old approach God.

Then I said, “O Lord, God of heaven, the great and awesome God who keeps his covenant of unfailing love with those who love him and obey his commands, listen to my prayer! Look down and see me praying night and day for your people Israel.

Each day we need guidance, strength, provision, and protection, the Presence of the Lord with us and around us and between us and among us in working in this working through us to be able to respond as God would have us to respond to every situation circumstance in life.

The older we get the more we recognize our dependence on God, to achieve His divine purposes in our lives. And God does have a divine purpose for your life that only you can fulfill.

Just as He said in Ephesians 2:10, For we are God's ownhandiwork, His workmanship, recreated in Christ Jesus, born anew of the spirit of God, To Do those good works which God predestined, planned beforehand for us, taking paths which He prepared ahead of time, that we should walk in them living the good life which He prearranged and made ready for us to live.

God wants you to know that He hears you. He draws you to himself through Christ Jesus to exchange your wishes and ideas for His wishes and ideas. Because He knows your every need, every moment of your life, and He will achieve the purposes that he has for you.

The best way to follow God is to come into His presence, to seek His face and humble yourself before Him in “dependent prayer”, prayer that recognizes what God says about you, and that He knows your needs even before you ask Him, just as he says in Matthew 6:8. You recognize that your Father which art in heaven is the Sovereign for an Ruler of the Universe (Nehemiah 1:5), just as Nehemiah did:

O Lord God of heaven, the great and awesome God, Who keeps covenant, loving-kindness, and mercy for those who love Him and keep His commandments, (‭‭Nehemiah‬ ‭1:5)‬‬

When you come and humble yourself before the Lord and confess your dependence upon, and dismiss dependence upon yourself and self-governance and empty your carnal ego; you can rest assured and know that God being a partner in your labor, and effectively at work in you giving you the power and desire both to will and to do His good pleasure, and love as He loves, and forgive as He forgives and do as He does, because He is effectively at work in you;

He is the Sovereign Rule of the Universe and All things work together and are fitting into His Plan for good, for those who love God and are called according to His design and purpose.

You who acknowledges and confesses with your lips that Jesus is Lord and in your heart believe, adhere to, trust in, and rely on the truth, that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved, and being a child of God you can come boldly into his throne, who knows what you need before you ask and fully expect for him to give you mercy for your failures and you will find his help, his well-timed help coming just when you need in every situation and circumstance of law because you love him and he loves you.
‭‭Romans‬ ‭8:28, Romans‬ ‭10:9‬, Hebrews 4:16‬

Yes, God your Father Being the Sovereign Ruler of the Universe to Whom Nothing is Impossible or Too Difficult or Too Wondrous for Him to Do is your Loving Father and Most Loyal Friend. ‭He Is ALWAYS WITH you.‬

So, Let your character or moral disposition be free from love of money, including greed, vice, lust, and craving for earthly possessions, and be satisfied with your present circumstances and with what you have,

for God Himself has said, I will not in any way fail you nor give you up nor leave you without support. I will not, I will not, I will not in any degree leave you helpless nor forsake nor let you down, relax My hold on you!Assuredly not! (Joshua 1:5, Hebrews 13:5)

So we take comfort and are encouraged and confidently and boldly say, The Lord is my Helper; I will not be seized with alarm [I will not fear or dread or be terrified]. What can man do to me? (Psalms 27:1, Psalms 118:6, Hebrews 13:6)
