Being honest about our hardships, about being unwell in spaces that were not created to help us thrive is an act of self-love. For all of the loved ones who came before us, that could not speak of what they'd endured, we must be vocal and break oppressive cycles. SPEAK👏🏿 . ON👏🏾. IT👏🏿.
