In this video I'll try to get into the details of some of the morning routines that are recommeneded by Mr.Huberman, reporting the effects that those practices had on my physical as well as mental well-being.
I'm gonna talk about how interior and exterior lighting exposure improved my cognitive ability (waking me up almost immediately) and, of course, how caffeine plays a role in all our mornings.
In fact, the caffeine use is so utilised nowadays to get us up and running and we can get that "kick" from so many differenet sources such as coffee, green tea, hierba mate, dark chocolate and so forth.
Let's make one last round of appluase for @Andrew Huberman just because he deserves it!
