These stories make the unimaginable real. Having a teacher of color, not only helps a student of color's education, but life outlook. In this episode, I break down the facts and percentages of students success rates, from having teachers who look like them in the classroom. I also talk about the importance of a student-to-teacher academic relationship in and out of the classroom. Teachers of colors matter!
