Pam enjoyed a 26-year career as a paralegal and made the decision to explore entrepreneurship 10+ years ago. Entrepreneurship started in the jewelry business that she loved and achieved success. However, after not paying attention to her body, a health crisis arose putting her in the hospital at age 54. That “crisis” became the catalyst to becoming a Certified Health Coach through Villanova University. Pam is passionate and believes everyone has the potential to create optimal wellbeing.
