Today I discuss the causes, warnings, diet and some diseases that could develop from chronic inflammation such as rheumatoid arthritis and lupus. Did you know even stress can cause inflammation? Some signs of inflammation are: redness, swelling, heat on specific area, and loss of function. I am also honoring some special women that have contributed to our country and humanity as this is Women's History Month.
