Hello and welcome to another episode of Conversations about Men with your host Gonzalo Salinas. I enjoyed this episode very much. In this episode, I interviewed Dr. Kate Balestrieri. Dr. Balestrieri's career is so unique because she knows the topic of sexuality from many angles: as a psychologist, a sex addiction therapist, a holistic mental health expert, a couple’s therapist, and as a sex therapist dealing with real-life patients (by the way, besides providing online sessions, Dr. Balestrieri has an “in person” practice in LA, Chicago, Denver, New York, and Miami.
Dr. Kate is the creator of Modern Intimacy, a space to heal mental health, improve relationships and grow sexually respecting your unique sexual template, and making sure that every person is included as they are.
In this episode, we talked about sexual desire, porn addiction, money and sexuality, and spontaneous sex vs. planned sex, among many others. I loved this conversation and I hope you love it too. So, without further due, here is my interview with Dr. Kate Balestrieri.
