Joined by Nick Bright, in this six-part series they dissect Jack's life from growing up as a son of a fisherman and how Cornwall shaped him; what he does in his spare time to relax and to set himself up for life after rugby to being part of one of English rugby's most successful teams - the Exeter Chiefs.
In each episode they're joined by very special guests - including childhood and now senior England team mates Luke Cowan-Dickie and Henry Slade; professional FIFA player Ryan Pessoa, big wave surfer Andrew Cotton; Britain's first World Cup snowboard champion Katie Ormerod and more including one of Jack's idols and some of his family.
