Director of Football Affairs for the Los Angeles Rams Jacques McClendon “Jacq” former NFL offensive lineman joins the Black in Sports Crew. Born in Cleveland to humble beginnings to championship glory. It is business as usual for Jacq as the LA Rams are coming off of wining Super Bowl LVI in their home stadium! Although there is nothing usual about how he personally and the Rams leadership operates which he mentions several times during our interview.

“Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world.” Nelson Mandela This is a quote that Mr. McClendon has refenced and also imbodies. His higher education didn't stop at Tennessee where he played college football. As a recent graduate from Brown add an ivy league degree to his resume Jacq is truly living out this quote.

As an Offensive Lineman his job was making a lane for running backs & protecting the QB; he has taking that skill into new highest with his new venture.
