Joe Biden's White House is doing mental backflips and cartwheels to try to convince the American people that what they have been experiencing isn't really a recession. A recession is two successive quarters of negative GDP growth which is what we've had. American families have known it for far longer, and no amount of media or White House spin is going change a thing.
