She created the ground-breaking Urban Retreat Spa in Harrods, revolutionised Marks & Spencer beauty halls into a "house of brands" and most recently went to Holland & Barrett to overhaul their beauty offering, bringing it into an era of self-care. She had a challenging childhood, was unable to read at fourteen and went on shoplifting sprees with her mum in some of the stores she now consults with. In this programme, we examine her love of fasting, self-care, her work with the Prince's Trust and the incredible help she has given so many beauty industry women, just because she wants to.
