This should be a NON STORY... he broke the law, ran from an accident, ran from police twice and then aggressively resisted arrest. I don't know what else to say on this. This isn't about race, this is about someone that was tased to subdue until he subdued and died 4.5 hours later. WTF world do we live in where the cops were in the wrong. Full Stop.
