Mel is an expert in leadership, and the impact of leadership within businesses, for CEO’s, senior management teams, entrepreneurs and business owners. She examines the powerful impact leadership has on success and culture within our businesses.
She works with businesses owners and entrepreneurs to explore ways to power up leadership of the teams to increase productivity, efficiency and drive profits up.
