mostra másThe Living Full Out Show with Nancy Solari wants to teach you how capable you are of being a leader. Perhaps there was a time when you felt unsure of how to take charge of a situation. By encouraging the importance of hard work and diligence, you can strengthen your skills to inspire and direct others.
Listen in to our first caller, Huong, who wants to know if she should lose weight since our society emphasizes the importance of being slim. Nancy tells Huong to focus on and celebrate her physical features that she is proud of. Huong can inspire another person in her life to discover which of their attributes that they love about themselves.
Nancy advises you to use your natural gifts and talents to be of service to others. You can lead and guide a person in your life who has been having a difficult time away from their anxiety and into a more positive state of mind. You can recognize that unexpected hurdles will occur and handle those obstacles by having a sense of humor.
Our inspirational guest is Kathrine Switzer, the first official woman who ever ran the Boston Marathon. Rather than giving up when people failed to believe that Kathrine would be able to complete the Boston Marathon, the negativity motivated Kathrine to create positivity. Kathrine found the strength to continue persevering towards her aspiration by recognizing that she had an obligation to inspire other people, especially women, that they are capable of overcoming adversity and making their dreams a reality. Kathrine was able to accomplish her goal by taking her difficult experiences and using them as opportunities to learn and grow.
Our last caller, Janet, is struggling with how to handle her daughter being cyber-bullied on social media. Nancy instructs Janet to search online for organizations in her local community that assist victims of bullying that she can go to with her teenager. Janet can align her daughter with a mentor who has gone through the same experience and can provide advice.
Maybe there was a time when you felt too nervous to take on the role of being a leader. Remember to remain confident in your ability to steer your vision in the right direction. By aiming to motivate the people around you, you can guide others with ease and live full out.
