Phil Jr. stops in to talk with Steph about his father, Phil Sr. Phil's love and admiration for his father is apparent in the way he speaks about his dad. Phil has lost his mother as well, but chooses here to speak mostly about his father.

Phil's own daughter was only 6 months old when his dad passed away. Phil has used the events in his life to help better shape him as a person today, and has created his own practice, with his wife Mia. Together they form Birch Leaf Wellness, where they are both Reiki Masters. They also have their own podcast, Wellness Collaborative. They talk about reiki, grief, health, self-care and anything else that comes up. You can find their podcast on Spotify.
