They had Marlon Humphrey and Marcus Peters as their starting corners last season. Peters was a vet. The Ravens secondary was the weakness of their defense last season.

Denver’s former coach thought he was the smartest person in the room. Denver made a huge mistake bringing in such a underwhelming hire who wasn’t even qualified to be the offensive coordinator.

The OC was calling plays as if he was instructed to sabotage Lamar’s numbers before signing his new contract. That plan backfired after his injury and thankfully Lamar was smart enough not to return prematurely.

Lamar has a couple receivers who can be elite without having elite contacts at this point in their careers. Both Odell and Treadwell can be big time contributors if the offensive coordinator has half a clue.

Also Reconstruction also gave rise to the Prison Industrial Complex through black codes which were series of laws designed to curtail Black progress after the Civil War by flipping the prison population from majority white to majority black. It started the goal of destabilizing and disintegrating the Black family unit.

A history fact: During Reconstruction, former slave owners received reparations for slaves that were freed as the federal still saw Black people as property.

Let's not forget that Brown v BOE was for the States to provide equal treatment to both schools, but the racist didn't like that and closed schools down and created private schools in the 50s. If you know a private school, chances are it was created in the 1950s under racism, the other schools were forced to take Black people. Because they refused to do the right thing and provide equal rights to Black schools.
